Dunluce Castle

Dunluce Castle
The limestone cliffs of the White Rocks end against the dark basalt cliffs majestically crowned by Dunluce Castle which is joined to the mainland by an arched walkway. Underneath lies the Mermaid's Cave and the story of a soldier taken to the deep by a mermaid. Nearby you will find the ancient ruins of St. Cuthbert's named after a Northumbrian monk and also the burial site of Spanish Armada sailors and noblemen from La Girona that shipwrecked at the Giants Causeway in 1588.
